Our growing CPA firm in Langley, BC is looking for a full-time office administrator. We offer accounting, tax, and consulting services for Canadian businesses and individuals.
We are seeking a self driven & motivated individual who works well in a team environment, is detail oriented with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. You will provide administrative services to our clients and support to our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Helping to implement new processes and run our client task management software.
- Coordinating & communicating with clients
- Coordinating & accessing with CRA as required
- Assisting in client file management
- Assisting in our new client On-Boarding processes
- Working with our marketing department in managing our email lists and running email campaigns
- Provide general administrative support.
- Provide reception services.
- Prepare client invoices and follow up on accounts receivable & collections.
- Maintain and upkeep paper and electronic files.
- Use Microsoft Office to prepares documents and memos.
- Assist with the assembly of income tax return packages.
- Other related office admin and accounting duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a professional and high paced environment.
- Highly organized, work independent with strong computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Accounting knowledge would be an asset.

- Experience with IFRS, ASPE and/or ASNPO.

Requirements:

- Ability to train and work with remote staff.
